In English, Tandulja is known as Amaranthus, and bhaji means dry or stirs fry curry. Some use red chili powder to prepare this bhaji, but at home, we use green chilies. Some use peanuts or pulses while cooking tandulja. In India(back home), we use to get green leafy vegetables according to their season of harvest.
